How Do i Order and pay for a sign rental?

Oh Happy Day Sign Company takes orders over the phone, through text, through email, through our website - and we are cool with you sliding into our DMs! You can begin the process here. We process payments through Square and an electronic invoice will be sent to the purchaser.

Where will the sign Be Placed in the yard?

We use our best judgment regarding sign placement to ensure optimal visibility and a pleasing backdrop for photographs. Once we are on location, we will find the perfect spot in the yard for the sign to maximize visibility and make sure you can get great photos (be sure to tag us and use the hashtag #ohhappydaysignco)! If there is a specific spot you would like for the sign to be placed, please notify us when you place your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once installation is complete, if you or the recipient are not satisfied with the placement of the signs and request for them to be moved, there will be a fee of $50.

What does my rental include?

Each rental includes delivery, set up, and take down of a celebratory yard sign.

What information do I need to Place my Stork order?

In order to place an order for a stork rental with a personalized keepsake bundle, we need the baby's first, middle, and last name, birth length, birth weight, and birth date. We also need the delivery address and phone number of the person whose yard in which the sign will be placed. Please inform us if there is a gate code or sprinkler system.

Does someone need to be home when the sign is delivered?

No, there does not need to be anyone at the delivery address for the lawn signs to be delivered and set up. If you have special instructions on where to place the yard sign, please let us know when you order.

Can I move, mow around, or attach anything to the sign?

We very politely ask that you please do not move and/or remove the sign(s). Please be very careful when mowing or weed eating near the sign as damage can occur if any contact is made with the sign. Do not attach anything to the sign - this includes strings, ribbons, banners, balloons, etc. Outdoor elements (sun, rain, etc.) can cause these materials to bleed or bake into the sign, causing permanent damage.

are signs delivered to apartments, town homes, or businesses?

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver signs to apartment complexes at this time. Town homes and businesses are fine for delivery, as long as there is a patch of grass large enough to accommodate the sign.

How Far in advance should i order a birth announcement stork?

It is a good idea to call us as soon as the baby is born so that we have 48 hours to get the new baby stork sign customized and delivered to the new family so that it is in place as they pull into the driveway.

What happens if the yard sign gets damaged?

If you notice damage on the special occasion sign, please notify us immediately. Oh Happy Day Sign Company, LLC is not responsible or liable for any and all injuries involving the sign(s) while it is on the renter or rental recipient’s property.

Is there a refund policy ?

You will receive a full refund if any of the following apply:

• You cancel your sign rental at least 24 hours in advance

• Extreme weather conditions prevent us from setting up your sign

You will not receive a refund if any of the following apply:

• We are unable to get into a gated community or private property because we were not given a code or if the code does not work

• The sign renter or rental recipient does not allow us to set up the sign, or contacts Oh Happy Day Sign Company to request that we pick up the sign prior to the end of the rental period

• If an animal is threatening or refuses to allow us onto the property.
